A view of the work that goes into applying a ceramic coating to a 23' Oliver Travel Trailer.
Trailer delivered to first owner May 2020. I acquired it in April of 2021 with only 2500 miles of use. I just finished a 5000 mile trip to Yellowstone NP, so the guys had a bit of dirt to remover from the start.
Process:
- Hot water wash
- Dry
- Compound to remove large imperfections
- Polish to smooth and refine the surface beyond factory finish
- apply two coats of ceramic coating
